We called it 'the pit' but with a lot of attention to detail this deep, shallow rear lightwell became the kind of pit you want to hang out in as well as forming a beautiful backdrop to the rooms at the rear of the house.
Glass mosaic wall tile, mild steel planter & site cast concrete bench were the main elements of the scheme.
